So what is Fuckup Nights and how do they run?
Fuckup Nights is a global movement and event series that shares stories of professional failure and learning. Each month, in events across the globe, we get three to four people to get up in front of a room full of strangers to share their own professional fuckup. The stories of the business that crashes and burns, the partnership deal that goes sour, the product that has to be recalled, we tell them all.
Our aim is to share stories about failure because it’s important to de-stigmatize failing, and see it as part of the valuable experience of life, growth and change. Without failure we’re not learning.
We want to know more about the times that you’ve fucked up, the little scars that you’ve carried with you since you first made a big business decision, or the ways that you’ve shown your full humanity at work.
