The Failure Institute is fucking up the system!

Last month The Failure Institute presented its latest research: Public policy recommendations in the light of business failure at the Mexican Chamber of Deputies. After a year-long research where we had access to over 250 case studies of failed businesses in Mexico, we highlighted the biggest barriers and constraints entrepreneurs face when launching and closing a business.
Among our recommendations¬†are¬†the need for transparency about the number of businesses that fail in Mexico, the simplification of administrative procedures for companies, and the need to improve the dissemination of government content relevant to entrepreneurs. Probably¬†our most important recommendation lies on the amendments to the ‚ÄúLaw of Failure‚ÄĚ.
Thanks to our joint collaboration with the Mexican Association of Entrepreneurs, this law amendment has been unanimously approved by both the Chamber of Deputies and the Senate; for us, this is an important step in the transformation of stories, data and research into a more comprehensive public policy towards entrepreneurship.
At Fuckup Inc. we’re very interested in everything that helps move towards a more inclusive and fair capitalist system. At the Failure Institute, we want to support well-informed decisions in business, public policy, civil society, and academia through the study of failure. We believe, this is just the starting point of a new era where we can all live a life without filters.
