The original School of Night was an underground and enigmatic intellectual circle that emerged in late 16th century London. Comprised of prominent figures, such as Sir Walter Raleigh, Christopher Marlowe, and Thomas Harriot, this group of thinkers and scholars gathered to engage in lively discussions, exchange radical ideas, and challenge conventional beliefs together. Known for its association with occult, heretical, and controversial topics, the School of Night fueled rumors of secret gatherings and hidden knowledge.

Reincarnated for the 21st century, the School of Night emerges from shadowed history to reshape our thinking of failure, insight, and secrecy via Fuckup Nights and Sir Walter's Raleigh's remnants. At our meetings, we engage with experimental thought leaders; brave souls willing to share their lessons learned from their worst moments, while engaging with supporters for questions and queries.

Tickets are $20/$25 day of show and include one drink ticket, with doors opening at 6:30pm. Proceeds from School of Night will go to supporting Activate Good, a 501c3 nonprofit serving the Triangle region by activating volunteers to help charitable causes in our local community. Activate Good works to connect individuals, groups, and companies to volunteer needs with partnering nonprofits around the Triangle, and empower the next generation of young volunteers and community leaders through their youth programs.
